Road closures - police incident

Hello everyone, 

We are currently responding, alongside Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Service, to a house fire in the Pear Tree area of Derby. Emergency services are on scene and working to make the area safe. At this time, there are no wider risks to the public beyond the immediate vicinity, but we are asking residents to avoid the area to allow crews to work.
